It’s never been easier for you to ensure your staff training compliance. The growing library of statutory and mandatory eLearning courses are easily accessible via TeamNet for all members of the team to access.
Once the Clarity Training add-on has been activated, your staff simply login to TeamNet as usual and will be alerted to any training they need to complete. Training can then be completed, managed and reported on without ever needing to change login details or leave TeamNet.
Also included with Clarity Training is access to our Essentials policy library. The library includes all essential policy documents regularly requested by CQC. Each policy has been written by an expert in primary care and will be updated regularly in light of any regulatory or legislative changes. This means that we stay on top of policy changes so that you do not have to.
These policies can be edited and localised to your needs by you in your practice or organisation ready to be distributed, read, and linked to our training courses. Version control using our master document functionality provides you with an assurance that you and your staff are aligned with the most up-to-date policy documents in your practice. CQC compliance is aided by policy reports which are linked to KLOEs and read and acknowledgement receipts.
