Background

TeamNet is one of Clarity Informatics’ suite of software products, a constantly evolving intranet and collaboration system for GP practices and practice groups. Clarity Informatics is part of Agilio Software Group. Agilio is now the UK’s largest provider of back office, compliance and workforce solutions in primary care and dental. Its customer base includes individual GP practices, Clinical Commissioning Groups, GP Federations and some Hospital Trusts. Due to continued growth, we need to expand our expert team

Job Purpose

To sell Clarity Informatics’ suite of software products by establishing contact and developing relationships with new and existing clients, working closely with the client and the rest of the TeamNet team to ensure that our clients’ needs, and expectations are met.   This role could in the future have time spent away from home travelling to meetings, but in the current climate meetings are executed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

These responsibilities include, but are not restricted to:         

  • Successfully promote and sell TeamNet products.
  • Preparing and delivering strategic presentations to clients.
  • Maintaining an up to date knowledge and understanding of the functions of and enhancements to the TeamNet platform and other software suites.
  • Have consultative conversations about a range of products, understanding which would fit the client best.
  • Explore new ways to increase sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • Attend conferences to promote Clarity Informatics products.
  • Liaise with product managers to maintain a strong understanding of the product range.
  • Canvas for potential clients.
  • Assist team with delivery of marketing tasks/campaigns.
  • Undertaking any other reasonable tasks commensurate with your skills and experience.
  • Support SDR’s with campaigns for lead generation and work closely with them to help both roles succeed.
  • Ensure CRM system and pipelines are kept up to date for forecasting.

Skills, experience and qualifications

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Powerpoint MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Good time management and analytical skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven/demonstrable sales and pre sales experience.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Substantial relevant vocational experience (+ 2 years).
  • A working knowledge of the healthcare sector.

Additional Information

The role will be based from our office in Newcastle but will involve regular travel to clients in the UK requiring stays of on average 3 nights away from home. A full UK driving license is required. Expenses and mileage will be fully reimbursed.

We are looking for an SDR to continue the growth of Agilio Software across the UK, creating opportunities for our solutions in the primary care and dental sectors.

Working closely with the Sales Executives you will research, identify and engage new prospects. Building relationships with key decision makers and influencers to better understand their needs and out product fit. Where there is a good fit, you will book the meetings for a member of the sales team to deliver a product demonstration.

Key Responsibilities

Within this role, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Hunting and developing new leads, identifying prospects, building relationships and booking in appointments.
  • Effective use of the phone, email and social selling to maximise meetings booked and revenue won.
  • Be a great storyteller, capable of composing engaging content with an understanding what is relevant to a given audience and why.
  • Excellent time-management skills, ability to prioritize key tasks, manage multiple conversations at any given time.
  • Be a great listener and communicator, sharing knowledge and influencing for a positive outcome.
  • Maintain and manage our CRM system, keeping pipeline of opportunities updated.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of Clarity Products.
  • Develop full knowledge and understanding of the marketplace for Clarity products.
  • Respond to inbound leads and qualify their interest.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to prospect into new markets.
  • Conduct research into new markets to understand prospective customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.
